These are the terms that apply when you use quixao.com or buy our products. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them in plain English wherever possible — not legalese — because we’d rather you actually read them than skim past a wall of text.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Glorifye Services & Retailers LLC (“Quixao,” “we,” “us”). The agreement covers your use of our website, our products, and any account you create.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are. If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement — including ours.
3. Our products are supplements, not medicine
Quixao products are dietary supplements. They are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on our site and on our labels describe how the ingredients work nutritionally — they are not medical claims. Always check with your doctor before changing your supplement routine, especially if you’re managing a health condition.
4. Orders and pricing
Order confirmation. When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The order is binding when we accept and ship it — not when we receive it. In rare cases we may decline an order (suspected fraud, out of stock, pricing error); if we do, we’ll refund any payment immediately.
Pricing. All prices are in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price (a $26.99 bottle listed for $2.69, for example), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Taxes. Sales tax is added where required by law and displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping, returns, and guarantee
Our shipping and return policies live on their own pages — see Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds. The short version: we ship free in the US, and every order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
6. Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under that account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend or close accounts that are used to violate these terms — for example, repeated chargebacks, fraudulent orders, or attempts to abuse the guarantee.
7. Acceptable use
When you use our site, please don’t:
Resell our products without written permission, or misrepresent them as something they’re not.
Use bots or scrapers to extract data from the site.
Attempt to access parts of the site that aren’t public.
Upload viruses, attempt SQL injection, or otherwise try to break the site.
Use our brand name, logo, or content without written permission.
8. Our content and brand
The text, photos, design, logo, brand name, and code on quixao.com belong to Quixao. You can share links to our pages freely. You cannot republish our content, copy our designs, or use our brand on your own materials without our written permission.
9. User content
If you submit content to us — reviews, photos, social media posts tagging us, support messages — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and operational purposes, with attribution to your first name and last initial only (e.g. “Sarah K.”). You can revoke that license any time by emailing us; we’ll remove the content as quickly as we reasonably can.
By submitting content, you confirm it’s yours to share and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
10. Reviews
If you leave a review on our site, it should reflect your honest experience. We don’t edit reviews to remove valid criticism. We do remove reviews that are spam, contain personal attacks, share medical claims we can’t verify, or violate the rights of others. We never pay for reviews. We don’t filter reviews by star rating.
11. Disclaimers
We make our products and run our site in good faith, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we can’t promise our products will work the same way for every person — bodies are different, and supplements are supportive, not magical.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we provide the site and products “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated (such as our 60-day money-back guarantee).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quixao’s total liability to you for any claim related to our products or website is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. None of this limits your rights under consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
13. Indemnification
If your actions cause us to be sued or fined — for example, by violating these terms or by using our products in a way clearly outside how they’re labeled — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending against that claim.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Most issues are best resolved informally — email support@quixao.com first and we’ll try to make it right. If we can’t resolve it that way, disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky. You agree to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection laws where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. If we make meaningful changes, we’ll notify customers by email.
