Quixao stands behind every bottle with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t feel the difference — for any reason — we’ll refund you. No hoops, no quizzes about why, no return shipping out of your pocket.

1. The 60-day guarantee
You have 60 days from the date your order was delivered to request a full refund. The guarantee applies whether you’ve taken every capsule or never opened the bottle. We mean it: try the product, give it real time, and if it doesn’t deliver, we’ll make it right.

2. How to start a refund
Email support@quixao.com with your order number and a sentence about why you’d like the refund (we ask only to improve our products — not to talk you out of the refund). We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

3. Do I need to send the bottle back?
For most refunds within the guarantee window, no — keep the bottle, donate it, finish it, whatever you’d like. For orders of 3 or more bottles, we may ask you to return any unopened, sealed bottles using a prepaid label we provide.

4. How long until I get my money back?
Once we approve your refund (almost always within 1 business day of your email), the refund is processed immediately back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days.

5. What we refund
The full product price you paid.
Any applicable taxes you paid.
Original shipping costs (since standard US shipping is free, this is usually $0).
If you paid for expedited shipping (2-day or overnight), that portion is non-refundable since the carrier service was already provided.

6. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll replace it free or refund you in full — your choice. Email a photo to support@quixao.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll handle the rest. No need to ship anything back.

7. Order cancellations
If you change your mind right after ordering, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best to cancel before shipment. After shipping, follow the regular refund process above.

8. Subscription orders
We currently don’t offer subscription orders. When we do, this section will explain how to cancel.

9. Abuse of the guarantee
Our guarantee runs on trust. In rare cases of obvious abuse — repeated refunds across multiple accounts, refunds requested after explicit acknowledgment that the product worked, or fraudulent claims — we reserve the right to decline future refunds for that customer. We have never had to enforce this. We hope we never do.
