Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
At Quixao, we believe what we say about your data should match exactly what we do with it. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit quixao.com or buy from us, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@quixao.com and we’ll answer directly.
1. The short version
We collect the information we need to ship your order, support you after, and run our business honestly. We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t share it with advertisers in ways you wouldn’t expect. You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing — at any time, by emailing support@quixao.com.
2. Who we are
This site, quixao.com, is operated by Glorifye Services & Retailers LLC (“Quixao,” “we,” “us,” “our”), with a business address at 124 Blue Heron Pl, Lexington, Kentucky 40511, USA. When this policy talks about you, it means anyone visiting our website, signing up for our emails, or buying our products.
3. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- When you place an order — name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and the items you bought. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (see Section 5); we never see your full card number.
- When you create an account — name, email, and a password (stored encrypted; we cannot see it).
- When you subscribe to our emails — your email address and which list you signed up for.
- When you contact support — whatever you choose to include in your message: name, email, order number, photos, or other details.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen size. This is the standard information every website server logs in order to function.
- Usage data — which pages you visit, how long you stay, what you click. This helps us understand what’s working on the site and what isn’t.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 for the full list and how to opt out.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t ask for medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any sensitive health information beyond what’s reasonable for a wellness supplement purchase.
- We don’t request government ID, social security numbers, or financial account numbers outside of standard checkout.
- We don’t track precise geolocation. We only know your general region based on your IP address.
4. How we use your information
We use the information above for these specific purposes — and no others:
- To fulfill your order — process payment, package your bottles, ship them, send tracking, handle returns.
- To support you — answer questions, troubleshoot issues, honor your 60-day money-back guarantee.
- To send you emails you signed up for — order confirmations and shipping updates (always), plus marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
- To improve the site — usage data tells us which pages confuse visitors, which products customers love, where to invest our attention.
- To meet legal obligations — keep tax and sales records as required by law.
- To prevent fraud — flag unusual orders, prevent stolen-card chargebacks.
5. Who we share your information with
We work with a small number of trusted third parties to actually run the business. Each of them sees only the data they need to do their specific job:
- Stripe — our payment processor. Receives your payment information directly. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- USPS, UPS, and FedEx — our shipping carriers. Receive your name and shipping address to deliver your package.
- Hostinger Email (our hosting provider) — handles our @quixao.com mailboxes for transactional emails like order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Klaviyo — our email marketing platform. When you sign up to our list via the homepage form, your email address (and the fact that you subscribed) is sent to Klaviyo so we can send you marketing emails and the 15% off welcome offer. You can unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of every email. Klaviyo’s privacy policy: klaviyo.com/privacy/policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (via Site Kit by Google) — receives anonymized usage data so we can understand how visitors use the site. Property ID: 514498695. You can install Google’s official browser opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram, installed via Kliken) — used to measure ad performance on Meta platforms and, when we run ads, retarget visitors who showed interest. You can opt out of Meta ad personalization at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) — physically stores the site and its data on their servers.
We never sell your personal information to data brokers or marketing aggregators. We never share it with anyone not listed above without telling you first. If we ever change this list — for example, add a new analytics tool — we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files our site stores on your device to remember things between visits. We use them for three reasons only:
- Essential cookies — keep your shopping cart populated between pages, keep you logged in if you have an account. These cannot be turned off; the site won’t work without them.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages people visit and where they get stuck. We use Google Analytics 4, configured to anonymize IPs and aggregate data so we never see individual visitor identities.
- Marketing cookies — we use Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) cookies to measure ad performance and retarget visitors who have shown interest in our products. You can disable these via your browser settings or opt out of Meta ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram account settings.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not break the site, but features like the cart drawer may stop working correctly.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. You have, in every case, the right to:
- Know what we have on you — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong — ask us to update incorrect information.
- Delete it all — ask us to delete your personal information from our systems, except where we’re legally required to keep it (e.g. tax records).
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing emails any time via the email footer link, or by emailing us.
- Take your data with you — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal data (we do not sell or share for cross-context advertising), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To exercise these rights, email support@quixao.com with the subject line “CCPA Request.”
EU/UK residents (GDPR)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you additional rights, including the right to object to processing, restrict processing in some circumstances, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. The legal basis for our processing is contract (to fulfill your order), legitimate interest (to run our business honestly), and consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw any time).
For any of the above, email support@quixao.com. We’ll respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the reasons we collected it:
- Order data — at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, as required by US law.
- Account data — until you delete your account.
- Email subscriber data — until you unsubscribe.
- Support conversations — up to 3 years, to help us resolve repeat issues.
9. How we protect your information
Our site runs on HTTPS encryption. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider (Stripe). Our servers are protected by industry-standard firewalls and access controls. We follow the principle of least privilege — only people who need data to do their job have access to it.
No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affecting your personal information ever occurred, we would notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, as quickly as we reasonably could.
10. Children’s privacy
Quixao products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect, use, or share information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For meaningful changes, we’ll also email anyone who has an account or who has ordered from us in the past 12 months.
12. Contact us
