Here’s exactly how Quixao orders ship — no fine print, no fees waiting for you at checkout. If anything below isn’t clear, email support@quixao.com and we’ll explain.
1. Where we ship
Right now, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, DC, and US military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming as we grow — sign up for our email list to know first.
2. Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every US order. There’s no minimum, no membership, no catch. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Expedited shipping options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on your address and package weight.
3. Processing time
Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
4. Delivery time
Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days within the continental US, 5–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
2-day shipping: 2 business days after shipment.
Overnight shipping: 1 business day after shipment, when ordered before 1 PM ET.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are in the carrier’s hands. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend timing — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed when something is delayed.
5. Discreet packaging
Every Quixao order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies what’s inside or what brand it came from. Whether you’re at a shared apartment, at work, or at your parents’ house, your privacy is respected by default.
6. Tracking your order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email support@quixao.com — we’ll find it.
7. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days at support@quixao.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it and, if it can’t be recovered, we’ll ship a replacement at our cost.
If your package arrives damaged or with broken/leaking bottles, take a photo before opening anything else and email it to support@quixao.com. We’ll replace the affected items immediately — no need to return the damaged ones.
8. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — corrections after an order ships are extremely difficult. If you catch an error right after ordering, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to reship at the actual shipping cost (free shipping covers the original attempt).
9. Address restrictions
We can ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and standard residential or business addresses. We don’t ship to freight forwarders or hotel concierge services without prior confirmation.
